WINTHROP -- Twelve property deeds were recorded in Winthrop between June 26 and June 30, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $40,000 to $916,750 and a median of $455,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 12 property transfers in Winthrop during the period, all dated between June 26 and June 30, 2026. Of those, four disclosed a sale price: $40,000, $250,000, $660,000 and $916,750, producing a median of $455,000. The remaining eight transfers, two-thirds of the total, did not include a disclosed consideration amount.
