Ten Winthrop Properties Change Hands as July Deeds Show No Sale Prices

Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Winthrop between July 6 and July 8, 2026. None of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated for the period. The most fully documented transaction was the July 8 transfer of 25 Moore St. from Quicken Loans LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems to Maripat and Mary P. Raiter. Six of the 10 transfers involved condominium units, and five listed a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as seller. With no pricing data available, transaction volume alone does not indicate whether conditions favored buyers or sellers this period.
