Eight property deeds were recorded in Winthrop between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one, 42 Bartlett Rd., carried a sale price by the time registry data was compiled: $377,775, which stands as this period's low, high and median. The other seven transactions, including three condominium units and three transfers involving a bank or credit union as seller, have not yet had prices entered into the registry, typical for deeds recorded in recent weeks. One transfer moved a property from an individual to herself and a family trust. With pricing this limited, the month's market tone cannot yet be characterized based on the available figures alone.
