The committee unanimously passed three warrants — expense warrant SBW25-19 for $106,636.38, payroll warrant SBW25-20 for $907,110.99, and payroll warrant SBW25-21 for $933,975.71 — with no public comment and no policy debate. The only discussion came when a member raised a sick-bank subcommittee approval that had not appeared on the agenda; the full committee concluded, citing past practice, that no formal ratification vote was required. The meeting, held in the Harvey Hearing Room at Town Hall, adjourned in a matter of minutes.
