The period's top recorded sale was 5 Johnson Terrace at $550,000, transferred from Carmine Sodano to Citizens Bank NA. Hagman Road saw three deeds, all involving Cawthorne family sellers. Nine of the 16 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as a party, and five transfers involved condominium units.
