Winthrop home sales range from $216,000 to $812,867 as majority of prices go undisclosed
Nine property deeds were recorded in Winthrop between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $216,000 to $812,867, with a median of $500,000. The month's top sale was 108 Tafts Ave. at $812,867, sold by David Clougherty to Center Street Lending VIII SPE LLC. Mortgage and lending entities, including Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., appeared as buyer or seller on four of the nine deeds. With prices missing from two-thirds of transactions, the available data offers only a partial view of market conditions this period.
