Winthrop Deed Filings Show No Disclosed Sale Prices in August Period
Ten deeds were recorded for Winthrop properties between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, but none disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this month. Five of the 10 transfers involved a bank or mortgage-related entity as buyer or seller, including two deeds from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and single transfers to Eastern Bank, Needham Bank and from Operative Bank. Transfers spanned nine different streets with no street repeating, and one deed listed a seller also as a grantee, consistent with a family-related transfer. With no pricing data available, market tone cannot be assessed beyond the recorded transaction count.
