Winthrop deed filings show $750,000 top sale as most August transfers omit price

Winthrop recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $750,000 with a median of $220,232 among those disclosed. Banks and credit unions appeared as buyer or seller in half the recorded deeds, and two filings show matching family names between seller and buyer. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on market direction this period.
